With Mia, we have travelled on a plane and driven to Kuala Lumpur before. Because she was strapped to her seat for long periods of time, there is a need to keep her occupied. Here are what we brought for her:
1) Small canisters of Play Doh
2) Magna Doodle
3) Colouring books
4) Story books
5) Colour pencils
6) Magnetic puppets (For story telling)
The trick is not to take out all her playthings the moment you strap her in. I introduce the items one by one at intervals so that it lasts the whole journey! If you are lucky, your precious one will sleep throughout the whole journey. Just like what Mia did on the way back from Australia. She slept for the whole 4 hours!
