Northpoint
Cosy place with 2 nursing rooms. The only drawback is you can't bring your stroller in with you. The place is quite cramp. There is hot water though for those who needs to make formula milk.

Vivocity
There is a baby care room on every floor of Vivocity and it is right next to the elevator so this is very convenient for those with strollers. The baby care rooms here are big enough for you to bring the stroller in. There is a sink for you to wash up but there is no hot water dispenser. Was quite cramped because me, my hubby, both daughters and the stroller was inside.

United Square
This is a kid-specialty mall therefore the baby care room is very nicely done. Very spacious with 3 changing stations and 2 washing basins. There is also 3 nursing rooms which are cosy. You can squeeze your stroller into the nursing room but it would be a bit cramped. Hot water is also available. Overall, the best baby care room I have ever used.
Changi Airport Terminal 3
I feel very claustrophic in this baby care room. Very confined space but the important thing is, there is hot water for your use. There is also a diaper dispenser machine should you run out of diapers...don't know the quality though. You can't lock the main door but of course, the nursing room can be locked. Even the nursing room is too narrow for me. You have to leave your strollers outside.

Odd-shaped room. Allows you to have privacy especially when u are nursing because you can lock the door. There is also a hot water dispenser for mums like myself who need to make formula milk. Two disadvantages are the baby care room is inside the ladies so fathers have a reason not to change the diapers...another disadvantage is if a mummy is nursing inside, then you would have to wait quite a while before you can use the diaper changing facility or take hot water. Another option is to find another baby care room on another level.

The baby care room here is cosy but I feel that it is a bit too open to the public since there is no door. People passing by can have a view of you changing your baby's diaper. The area is wide enough for you to bring your strollers in and there is even a baby chair for you to use when feeding your toddlers. The nursing room is equipped with a comfortable chair and a functional small table. There is hot water for your use so that is a plus point for formula fed babies. The only thing is, the hot water is from a hotpot and therefore needs to be filled up constantly. If the staff at Isetan is too busy, well, looks like you have to fill it up yourself and wait for it to boil...but so far, the few times I've been there, there is always water in the hotpot. So good job to the Isetan staff...
