Fun with water

Venue: Splash Park

Location: Sembawang Shopping Centre

Mia just love playing here. Most of the time, she will just play at the dry playground but only on certain days would we allow her to play at the wet playground. Perfect activity for a hot day.

Animals, animals, animals

Venue: Singapore Zoological Gardens

Location: Mandai

Admission into the zoo is quite expensive therefore once you are there, you must explore the whole place. We actually spent an entire day there. Would have stayed longer if the rain did not come...

We did not manage to take the boat ride because the dark clouds were already warning us to get the hell out of there....

Horse-riding at Vivo

Venue: Vivocity

Location: 2nd Floor, next to the water play area

Fee: $6 for 15 minutes

We actually wanted to bring Mia to the water play area but unfortunately, it was being renovated. Then we saw kids riding these animal thingy and Mia wanted to do it too. Mia couldn't make it move as she was not strong enough to step on it so my hubby had to push her....

Back to nature

Venue: Mainland Tropical Fish Farm

Location: Pasir Ris Farmway 1

Our initial plan was to go to Kids Kampong. We changed our minds and was glad we did. Admission into Mainland Tropical Fish Farm is free (unlike Kids Kampong!). You can just go in and look at the fishes, chickens and duck and just relax on the swing with ice creams.

Or you can take up the many activities available.

This place is really for everyone in the family. There is longkang fishing for little ones, prawning for daddies and fish spa for mummies.

Mia was delighted to be able to feed the fish and see the fish jumping and splashing water on her shoes and legs.
